Managing Director
A Certified Hotel Valuer, an awarded Chartered Manager and a published researcher, Dr. Ho holds a doctorate from the University of Wales TSD, UK.
He started his career in banking and moved into real estate / asset management before becoming one of the pioneers in the establishment of one of Malaysia’s prominent hotel owner groups, where he was tasked to lead and administrate the feasibility, acquisitions, and asset management aspects of the hotel owner group’s undertakings, as well as daily operations.
A believer in having a balanced value equation, as well as being a strong advocate of strategic thinking and critical analysis, Dr. Ho has developed agendas and strategies in pursuit of investment opportunities across Asia Pacific while ensuring the integrity of all undertakings.
Having gained experience through multiple hotel asset acquisitions and openings spanning Asia Pacific, Dr. Ho is well versed in all aspects of hotel ownership and development.
Dr. Ho is a member/affiliate in good standing in HAMA, CMI, QRAM, MAICSA, GGA, MIM and MACD. With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Ho has been featured as a speaker on several hotel investment forums in the region.

A media specialist, Mr. Ng has over four decades of media, publication and management experience.
As the former managing editor of the most widely distributed English daily print media in Malaysia, Mr. Ng is intimately familiar with and holds strong opinions on all aspects of the Malaysian economy.
With a pedigree of former associations with Berjaya Corporation, The Sun, The New Straits Times and The Malay Mail, Mr. Ng’s core competencies include operations, journalism, media, and corporate social responsibility undertakings.
Mr. Ng is currently an active and contributing member with CPAP and RELA, and conducts charitable initiatives across the region.
